VANA – White Ribbon Boutique Events  //
My name is Vana Efkleidou and I am the founder of White Ribbon Boutique Events,  a bespoke wedding planning company based in Greece. I never planned nor dreamed of being a wedding planner but it all sort of just happened. It all started with a binder full of clippings from wedding magazines I used to collect and this was definitely a hobby turned passion turned business endeavour! I create weddings for couples who desire to have their personalities and shared story reflected in every moment of their big day.  I believe that no wedding can be the same, as each couple is one of a kind. I am lucky to be able to create unique events for my couples by developing a true relationship with them, that goes beyond their wedding day. I undertake a limited number of weddings each year to ensure the integrity of my services. My design aesthetic is a combination of pure romantic and organic, paired with vintage accents, soft palettes and global influences.  I love calligraphy, aged metals, fluffy garden roses, natural fabrics and flea market gems. When I am not busy planning weddings, you will find me packing a suitcase for my next adventure! Speaking of adventures, another passion of mine is surfing but despite my best efforts I remain a beginner surfer (for life probably!). I believe that family is everything, I am a hopeless romantic, and I am a creative soul who believes that a vision and then action can change your current reality.
